If you’re not happy with your order, we want to fix it.

Returns window

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Start a return by emailing support@pturagoodies.store with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund it in full, including any return shipping — no need to send it back before we sort it out.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or approve a damaged-item claim), we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Non-returnable

Opened ink, opened label rolls, and personalised items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
