We ship every order from our facility in Orange County, California.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on weekends and holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time & cost

Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order; orders over $75 ship free.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, email support@pturagoodies.store and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
